As you may know, the European Commission launched a study last year examining the supply of accessible tourism services across Europe. One of the objectives of this study is to better understand the barriers and perspectives of tourists when using accessible tourism services. Please see the attached introduction letter and background information here.
In this context, an online survey has been launched giving people with accessibility requirements a chance to give their say on the current state and performance of the tourism industry in relation to accessibility. The results of these surveys will feed into a report identifying options for improving the range of accessible tourism services.
The survey is available in 4 languages:
English: http://kwiksurveys.com/s.asp?sid=lxiuv8fvj1vd2q5173925
French: http://kwiksurveys.com/s.asp?sid=381050at986ml9b184161
Italian: http://kwiksurveys.com/s.asp?sid=u2htau02cgzu0tb184315
German: http://kwiksurveys.com/s.asp?sid=x53dhlkq94vkp3d280598
The survey will remain open for responses until 24 January 2014.
I would very much appreciate it if you could disseminate the survey through your communication activities and if possible directly to your individual members. This is an opportunity to provide valuable input into any potential future policy action in the area and will also help to ensure the robustness and relevance of our findings.
I would be very happy to discuss further should you have any questions or comments.
Many thanks for your help with this very important study!
Best wishes,
Kei
